What is sound healing?

Sound healing uses different instruments such a crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes and other tools to help the person to relax, release emotional blockages, unlock creativity and even provide pain relief. The experience is unique to every individual.

What are the benefits of Sound Healing?

Through my practice, I have clients who reported lower stress levels, pain relief, unlocking creativity, better sleep , increased productivity and those “aha!” moments.

What is Reiki-Infused Sound Bath “Dreamstate”?

Dreamstate reiki-infused sound bath is a unique healing experience that combines the benefits of sound healing and reiki. During a sound bath, you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. These sounds can help you achieve a state of deep relaxation.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the transfer of energy through the practitioner's hands. It was introduced in the early 1900’s by Dr. Mikao Usui. It can help to balance the energy in your body, promote relaxation, and reduce stress and anxiety.

By combining these two powerful healing modalities, Dreamstate offers a truly transformative experience that can help you to connect with your inner self and achieve a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

How will I feel during a Sound Healing Session?

The experience differs for everyone. Some go into a deep state of relaxation, some become very contemplation and may have “ahha! moments” Certain sounds may bring up different emotions. If at any moment you feel uncomfortable with the sound, please let me know and we can adjust to your comfort level. I meet you where you are.

What do I bring to my Sound Healing Session?

Wear comfy clothing that is not restrictive. I recommend laying down where you are comfortable to receive the sound, but if you’d like to sit down during the sound healing session you are welcome to.

What are some aftercare rituals I can do after a sound bath?

  • Hydration: Drink plenty of water to help your body process the released energy.

  • Rest: Take time to rest and integrate the experience. Some people may feel a bit drowsy or spacey after a sound bath.

  • Journal: Write down any insights or feelings that came up during the sound bath. This can help you process your experience.

  • Light Meal: Eating a light, healthy meal can help ground your energy.

  • Avoid strenuous activity: It's best to avoid strenuous activity or stressful situations after a sound bath.

  • Practice mindfulness: Continue to be present and mindful of your feelings and sensations. It's normal to continue processing emotions and experiences for several days after a sound bath.
